Diving into the project
This project was taken from raw land with full subdivision and servicing of the single-family lots and development of the townhomes. These were the very first multifamily units built and sold in all of Silver Valley, Maple Ridge. The area consisted of a considerable amount of bedrock, so we blasted the boulders and mulched our own gravel on-site for our road bases. It was a very sustainable and viable project by utilizing creative construction practices that we try to implement into each project. We built out the townhomes and constructed a few of the single family homes, selling the rest of the lots to local builders.
